I came to Norton Physical therapy for a pinched nerve in my neck. Therapy has gone very well and the staff are exceptional. I highly recommend Norton Physical therapy. They are professional and managed to make it fun as well. It's a really open and welcoming atmosphere and the staff really work together. Thanks

I went to Norton Physical Therapy because I had a meniscus tear. My son, Sean, had seen Kevin Sullivan two years earlier for a knee issue, and I was extremely impressed by Kevin’s care, which led me to choose Norton Physical Therapy for my own treatment. I made the mistake of assuming that Kevin wouldn’t remember Sean, but he surprised me by recalling details that I had forgotten. I had two sessions with Sarah and five with Kevin. You can't go wrong with any of the therapists here, as they clearly collaborate to determine the best course of action for each patient. Each time I walked in, I was greeted by name by Kathleen, the office manager, as well as by each of the therapists. It was evident that the staff love what they do, enjoy working with one another, genuinely care about their patients, and are committed to providing quality care. The atmosphere is fun and laid-back, with some playful banter that helps to ease the tension as people work hard to recover. I am now back to doing what I love, and I am very grateful for the knowledge and care I received from both Sarah and Kevin. Physical therapy will only take you so far; you must commit to doing the exercises and putting in the work at home. If you do that, Sarah and Kevin will help you achieve the best version of yourself. I highly recommend Norton Physical Therapy.

I had a great experience at Norton Physical Therapy. As a retired Physical Therapist, I can highly recommend this facility. The staff is very friendly, and the clinic atmosphere is casual and fun. But they develop an individual treatment program that is challenging and progressive and helps you meet your goals.

I had a great experience at Norton Physical Therapy! I worked for a few months with Kevin and Sarah, who were both great about explaining the stretches/ exercises and why they would help. The facility was always clean and Kathleen was amazing with insurance and scheduling. Should I need PT again, I will definitely return!

Update 3/21/25. I can't say enough about my experience with Norton Physical Therapy. Sarah and Kevin are amazing at what they do. All the therapists and staff there make the experience fun and welcoming while also making you feel better. And Kathleen at the desk is the conductor that keeps them all running smooth. She has been so helpful and informative. If you're in need of rehabilitation, there is no better place! (Original) Great team of Therapists. I had called six places to try to get an appointment, they were the only ones to call back and set an appointment with me. Great follow up, great atmosphere, they keep it light and fun while doing a great job with their exercises and tips for home exercise. Highly recommend.

This was my first time participating in Physical Therapy. My experience at Norton Physical Therapy was superb. I was treated by Stacy and Kevin and they each brought their own strengths and skills to the table. My treatment was totally focused on my sports related injury and also my concerns about feeling fearful about returning to my sport upon healing. The environment at Norton Physical Therapy is warm, friendly and supportive. I felt welcomed by everyone the minute I walked through the door. I highly recommend Norton Physical Therapy to anyone who has the need. I appreciate that the owners are on site and that all staff are working together. My recovery went better than I anticipated and I am back to doing what I love in a shorter amount of time than I originally thought. Do not hesitate to contact Norton Physical Therapy if the need arises. If I could give 10 stars I certainly would!

Highly recommend. I was a patient for several months for a broken leg and ankle. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They literally helped me to get back on my feet after months of no weight bearing. It was a long process but they had a steady plan to help me get balance and strength back.

The staff is second to none and led by Stacy and Melissa. We know insurance is not cheap and we aim to make you feel we are worth your cost. In an age of where health care is dumbed down to how many patients can we run threw in a day. I have been to multiple physical therapy facilities, none come even close to this one, what I observed is: The moment you walk in, they are fully present to you, which is rare today. Their skill for being fully present and actually listening to the clients is astonishingly refreshing, instead of just interupting and coming up with a generic diagnoses, which most facilities do. Every single staff member is highly trained, and truly knows how to pinpoint the solution to the most effective and quickest way to recovery to all patients who are there, Having experience with multiple facilities, If your serious about getting back healthy quickly ,and properly, and want to be treated by professionals who are at top of their game, and actually love what they do.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NORTON PHYSICAL THERAPY!!!

I had an excellent experience at Norton Physical Therapy. The staff is incredibly professional and was truly attentive to my specific physical needs and personal goals. What I appreciated most is how the PT team continued to challenge me physically throughout my therapy. The team of therapists consistently introduced new exercise challenges to ensure continued progress. The environment is very welcoming, and everyone there is friendly and easy to talk with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality care!
